These will generally be completed in the minor pool.

Distance 'Rainbow'

Must be completed in good stroke, in one session, may be done in different strokes (lasting at least a length at a time) and are between 5m and 5k.

National Teaching Plan for Swimming

12 Levels in all. Levels 1 - 5 in minor pool. Levels 6 - 12 in the main pool (Mon and Tues).

Competition Awards

For diving, strokes, skills and speed. Swimmers may start these in the main pool on a Monday, but generally completed on a Tuesday night in the main pool.

Log Books and Awards

Available to order from Kathy Webb. Slips will be given to the swimmers from time to time. Please return your slips to the desk with the money if you require a certificate and award.
