Coaches Meetings
'Coaches' is a term the club loosely uses to describe all volunteers, swimmers or parents, helping on banks, whether they are qualified or not.
Agenda Items may include, team selection process, kit, stroke analysis, stroke and technique queries, athlete movement, fee reimbursement for courses, license requirements, coach rotas, volunteering issues, coaches concerns relating to club and any other matters that coaches want to raise. A member of the Management Committee is usually present and will take minutes and take any issues to the Committee.
All coaches are expected to attend these so they understand the selection process, athlete movement process and have uniform approach to stroke and technique teaching. If coaches want to have an input to the processes and approaches they must attend these meetings.

The Joey Dunlop Leisure centre do not allow shallow diving out of specified shallow diving teaching sessions held twice a year. Due to this Ballymoney ASC DO NOT allow diving in the shallow end for Aquasprint or PTL meets.
